I was born and raised in Kenosha.  After graduating from pharmacy school in 2002, I became a pharmacist for Walgreens.  After two years of working in the pharmacy, I became interested in missions.  I was going on short term medical mission trips for 4 years to Honduras, Ecuador and Nicaragua.  In Septeber of 2008, I moved to Honduras to be a full time missionary.  I serve with World Gospel Outreach in Tegucigalpa, Honduras .  Throughout the year, teams from around the US come down for a week and we go into the poor neighborhoods.  We give free medical care along with the gospel of salvation. My job as pharmacy supervisor is to prepare, organize, and order medications to be used by these teams.  I also get to travel with the various teams and help out in the clinics.

Please feel free to email me at RMiddleton@wgo-hn.org if you have questions or if you are interested in participating in a mission trip with World Gospel Outreach.

Some 2000 years ago Jesus gave His disciples the command to go and make disciples from all people groups (Matt. 28:19 TEV).  Over the past 2000 years the church has often neglected this task.  Even today, only about 1% of all money given to churches goes to reaching unreached people groups, and fewer than 1% of Christians are directly involved in reaching them.  However, this does not excuse us from the task that Jesus gave us.

When I look at all the evil in the world, I can see the earth groaning as if in the pains of childbirth, groaning in eager anticipation of Christ's return.  We too groan inwardly, and long joyfully for His return.  For only then will all things be made right, and every mouth silenced before the Almighty God.  But we also believe that the Bible indicates that before Jesus returns the gospel must first be preached to all peoples (Mark 13:10 TEV).

That is why my team will be seeking to reached unreached people groups with the message of Jesus Christ.  We also do this because we love these people, and cannot bear the thought of them going to hell because we failed to tell them the message that we were so graciously given.

We hope to accomplish this task by God's grace, through evangelism, discipleship, and youth mobilization.
